We are seeking a motivated and experienced Front Office Manager to join our team in Port Douglas.
About the Role- Motivate and inspire the front office team to deliver exceptional customer service and results-driven performance.
- Direct and promote a good working relationship between resort departments, fostering collaboration and mutual respect.
- Lead the recruitment, hiring, and training of staff to ensure adequate staffing levels and provide opportunities for growth and development.
- Assist the Resort Manager with policy planning and implementation, contributing to the success of our business.
- Demonstrated experience in managing high-performing teams and driving business growth.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with colleagues, guests, and stakeholders.
- Proven problem-solving abilities, with a flexible and adaptable approach to overcoming challenges and achieving objectives.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
- Experience in Resort Hospitality Management, with a deep understanding of industry trends and best practices.
