Instant Service Supervisor Job Description

The role of Instant Service Supervisor is a dynamic and challenging opportunity to lead a team and deliver exceptional customer service.

The successful candidate will have experience in similar roles within customer service or hotels or call centres, with a strong passion for delivering warm and welcoming customer service & memorable guest experiences.

Key responsibilities include working closely with reservations to ensure a seamless luxury experience for guests; sharing expert knowledge of the local area; managing guest registrations and assisting Front Office with checking in & out and reviewing guest billing.

This is a busy and varied role with connections to all departments across the Hotel. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills both on the phone & in person.

What We Are Looking For
  • 2+years' experience in similar roles within customer service or hotels or call centres
  • Knowledge of hotel operations is an advantage but not essential
  • Passionate about delivering warm and welcoming customer service & memorable guest experiences
  • Amazing communication skills both on the phone & in person
  • You must meet the legal requirements to live & work in Australia
