Our company is seeking an experienced professional to fill a newly created role. In this position, you will have the opportunity to utilize your passion for reading, interpreting and writing to contribute to the success of our customer retention and new business goals.

The ideal candidate will possess a strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills. Experience in a Business-to-Business sales environment and intermediate level proficiency with Word, Excel and other Office365 programs are highly valued.

Key responsibilities of this role include producing and sourcing content to support drafting of proposals and bids, coordinating downloading and circulating tender documentation, maintaining logins and passwords for portals, preparing contract summaries, registering contracts in the management system, maintaining registers of current and expiring contracts, supporting the drafting, proofing and completing of agreements as directed, and responding to work requests allocated by the Bids and Contracts Manager.

Job Description:

  • Produce and source content to support drafting of proposals and bids
  • Coordinate downloading and circulating tender documentation
  • Maintain logins and passwords for portals
  • Prepare contract summaries; register in the contract management system
  • Maintain register of current and expiring contracts
  • Support the drafting, proofing and completing of agreements as directed
  • Action and respond to work requests allocated by the Bids and Contracts Manager

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Experience within a Business-to-Business sales environment
  • Open to training, collaborating with others and motivated
  • Ability to cope with multiple requests for information and competing deadlines
  • Strong attention to detail with the use of spelling, grammar and visual appearance of documents
  • Enthusiastic, self-motivated with ability to communicate effectively within a team
  • Passionate, patient and supportive to colleagues and internal stakeholders
  • Intermediate level experience with Word, Excel and other Office365 programs
