We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse to provide high-quality patient care. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will play a vital role in making a real difference in the lives of our patients.
About the RoleAs a Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for assessing individual patient needs, developing personalized care plans, and providing health education, counselling and rehabilitation programs to improve health outcomes.
Key Responsibilities- Assessing individual patient needs and developing comprehensive care plans.
- Providing health education, counselling and rehabilitation programs to support patient recovery.
- Supporting and guiding newer or less experienced staff members, including Enrolled Nurses, student nurses, and other workers providing basic nursing care.
- Developing and maintaining cooperative and productive working relationships with all members of the healthcare team.
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- Registration as a Nurse or Nurse/Midwife with the relevant professional body.
- A current practicing certificate.
- Sound knowledge and understanding of the Registered Nurse/Midwife role within a healthcare setting.
- Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team.
- Strong communication skills, including problem-solving, conflict resolution, and negotiation skills.
- Experience in using computer software packages, such as Microsoft Word and Excel.
