Nurse Care Provider

Nursing professionals are sought after by various healthcare institutions to provide high-quality care and support to patients. As an Enrolled Nurse, your role will be pivotal in delivering person-centred care while adhering to regulatory and statutory requirements.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide patient care that is compassionate, effective and tailored to individual needs.
- Demonstrate expertise in patient assessment, care, and routine procedures relevant to the nursing practice area.
- Work under the guidance of a Registered Nurse to plan and execute nursing tasks, making informed decisions and taking initiative within your scope of practice.
- Contribute to quality improvement initiatives and engage in the evaluation and enhancement of care practices.
- Collaborate with other healthcare team members to provide care, including overseeing the work of Assistants in Nursing (AINs) and students.
- Deliver education to patients, families, and carers, and contribute to the education of others, including guiding student enrolled nurses and assistants in nursing.
Requirements:
- You must be enrolled or eligible for enrolment as a Nurse with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia and hold a current practicing certificate.
- Demonstrated experience in providing nursing care in a healthcare setting, adhering to appropriate standards of practice.
- Ability to prioritise workload, identify changes in clinical condition and report accordingly.
- Capacity to work effectively in a multidisciplinary team environment.
- Excellent communication skills and a commitment to delivering person-centred care.
