Nursing Care Provider

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Nursing Assistant to join our team.
This role involves working under the supervision of a Registered Nurse, providing high-quality care and support to patients. The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting with daily tasks such as personal hygiene, mobilization, and meal provision.
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to work independently and as part of a team, and demonstrate a patient-centered approach to care.
Responsibilities:- Assist in delivering direct care activities as allocated by a Registered Nurse;
- Provide support with personal hygiene tasks;
- Assist with mobilization and positioning;
- Support patients with toileting and eye, ear, and mouth care;
- Assist with wound dressings and meal setup;
- Collect and document clinical data;
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills;
- Patient care and safety knowledge;
- Problem-solving and critical thinking ability;
- SUCCESSFUL COMPLETION OF A RELEVANT TRAINING PROGRAM OR EQUIVALENT EXPERIENCE;
- CURRENT FIRST AID CERTIFICATION;
