Key Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional food and beverage service to guests, ensuring a high level of satisfaction and loyalty.
- Assist with banquet room set-up, bussing, and cleaning, maintaining a clean and organized environment.
- Prepare and serve beverages, coffee, and other drinks, adhering to quality standards.
- Participate in opening and closing procedures, ensuring a smooth and efficient operation.
- Follow steps of service, ensuring a seamless and enjoyable experience for guests.
- Assist with in-room dining and room service, providing prompt and courteous service.
- Communicate effectively with colleagues and management, ensuring a collaborative and supportive work environment.
- Contribute to quality assurance and quality improvement initiatives, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes.
