Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Food and Beverage Expert to join our team at Pier One Sydney Harbour Autograph Collection. As a key member of our banquets team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional service to our guests and exceeding their expectations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist with the preparation of event and meeting spaces, including tending bar and serving platters of food.
  • Build and strengthen relationships with existing and new guests to create memorable moments and enable future bookings.
  • Assist with event arrangements to exceed guest expectations and deliver a mind-blowing service to guests.
  • Understand guest requirements and deliver service excellence while showcasing your curious, outgoing, and warm personality.
  • Support the banquets team in general operational tasks.
