Unlock a Challenging Role in Debt Recovery

This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a debt recovery specialist based in Brisbane and the Gold Coast. The successful candidate will be responsible for collecting overdue consumer accounts, conducting skip tracing, negotiating payment arrangements, and liaising with internal and external stakeholders.

Reporting to the Collections Team Leader, you will work closely with the team to achieve exceptional results and provide excellent customer service. This is a Monday to Friday role with one shift per week, requiring a late start and finishing at 7pm.

The Ideal Candidate

  • Minimum 2 years experience in consumer or commercial collections, preferably in a mercantile environment
  • Experience collecting on overdue accounts exceeding 90 days in arrears
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to build rapport easily
  • Strong negotiation skills and a desire to collaborate with clients for successful outcomes
