This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Debt Recovery and Litigation Paralegal to join our leading boutique Brisbane CBD law firm. We strongly recommend only career Paralegals apply for this challenging role as we would hope you can "hit the ground running" with your own client portfolios. Please consider when applying that this particular role is currently NOT suitable for recent law graduates or lawyers.

We have a strong, small friendly team environment reporting directly to the managing partner and senior staff with support staff on hand to assist you.

If you're a Paralegal with these attributes:-

  • great organizational skills & attention to detail;
  • the ability to run with debt recovery claims, bankruptcy and statutory demands, caveats and other enforcement action;
  • knowledge of Queensland and Federal Court systems;
  • experience in NSW, VIC, S.A. & W.A. Court processes will also be highly regarded;
  • a positive & enthusiastic attitude;
  • happy to work in a small team environment & be a team player;
  • strong communication skills
