HammondCare is seeking an experienced Residential Manager to oversee the delivery of high-quality care to residents in a calm, supportive, and safe environment.

This role requires a Registered Nurse with current AHPRA registration and experience in aged care as a Residential Manager, ideally with Dementia experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead, manage, motivate, and develop a team of care professionals
  • Oversight of all aspects of clinical care provision and direction of the Residential home
  • Commitment to engage and align with HammondCare's Christian Mission, Motivation, and Mission in Action
  • Strong negotiation and conflict resolution skills
  • High-level communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong initiative, analytical skills, and problem-solving skills
