Experience Manager Job Description

As the Experience Manager, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional member and guest experiences at our luxury resort. This includes providing customer service leadership in line with our brand standards and framework.

  • Lead Front of House operations, including people leadership, recruitment, onboarding, ongoing training and development, revenue management, and cost control.
  • Inspire the Front of House team to deliver unforgettable experiences for members and guests across all parts of the member journey.
  • Manage all aspects of retail and food and beverage as part of the Front of House experience.
  • Ensure all Front of House costs are managed diligently and aligned to budget expectations.
  • Think strategically to grow Front of House revenue.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To thrive in this role, we require someone with significant experience in the industry, including at least 3 years full-time of relevant management experience in health, leisure, hotels, hospitality, retail, or other environments that align.

You should also have previous work experience in a wellness retreat and/or resort, and understand what it takes to make someone feel special.
