About the Role

Luxury Escapes is a dynamic collective of forward-thinking individuals driven to challenge the travel industry and ourselves to deliver exceptional experiences for our customer community.

We are now seeking a Partnerships and Contracting Manager who will play a pivotal role in negotiating and maintaining new hotel and resort partnerships across the luxury travel segment.

This key position will also support the development of Luxury Escapes as a strong and trusted brand by generating captivating partner campaigns.

Key Responsibilities

  • Negotiate and secure sales & marketing campaigns with hotels and resorts within the Asia Pacific region that align with the Luxury Escapes brand
  • Maintain a robust pipeline of campaigns on your designated regions, comprising new and existing partners
  • Meet or exceed revenue targets per quarter
  • Deliver a minimum number of signed campaigns per quarter
  • Develop and implement a market strategy linked to your revenue and signings targets, identifying prospective partner opportunities
  • Prioritize and maintain regular contact with a set of hotel and resort partners, recording all activity in our CRM system
  • Collaborate closely with Marketing, Customer Service, and operations teams to ensure seamless campaign execution and accurate communication

Essential Qualifications

We are looking for an individual with a genuine passion for the travel industry, detailed knowledge of destinations, hotels, and resorts in the AP region, experience developing and delivering sales strategies to attract new suppliers and retain existing partners.

The ideal candidate will possess deal-making skills, entrepreneurial flair, the ability to work effectively with diverse internal stakeholders, and a commercially astute approach to sales, with a reputation for delivering outstanding results.
