Grass Roots Academic Support is seeking an innovative and enthusiastic teacher to deliver engaging science lessons, maximise students' potential and make a positive impact on their lives.

Job Description

This is a wonderful opportunity for a dedicated educator to join our successful team and contribute to the academic development of key stage 3 and 4 pupils. You will be responsible for planning and delivering lessons in line with the National Curriculum, taking into account individual students' abilities and needs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver high-quality science lessons, promoting a love of learning and inspiring students to achieve their full potential.
  • Develop and maintain effective relationships with students, colleagues and parents, ensuring a supportive and inclusive learning environment.
  • Assess student progress, identify areas for improvement and develop strategies to support learners.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Qualified Teacher Status or related teaching degree.
  • A proven track record of teaching excellence, with experience of working with students of varying abilities.
  • Strong classroom management skills, with the ability to adapt to changing situations.
