Short Stays Portfolio Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Short Stays Portfolio Manager to join our team at National Workforce. As a key member of our property management division, you will play a critical role in managing residential short stay properties, ensuring satisfaction for both owners and guests.
Working closely with the Director of Property Management, you will be responsible for launching and developing the short stays division, setting up processes, and growing the portfolio. This includes managing the full property cycle from bookings, guest communications, and property maintenance to income management and marketing.
Key Responsibilities- Manage short stay properties to maximize client satisfaction and revenue.
- Oversee all guest communications and bookings process, ensuring seamless and efficient operations.
- Ensure properties meet presentation and cleanliness standards, maintaining a high level of quality and attention to detail.
- Manage maintenance, cleaning contractors, and consumables, ensuring timely and cost-effective solutions.
- Drive new business growth through proactive marketing and prospecting efforts, identifying new opportunities and developing strategies to capitalize on them.
- Conduct regular property inspections and audits, monitoring performance and making recommendations for improvement.
- Ensure compliance with short stay permits and regulations, staying up-to-date with industry developments and changes.
- Develop business plans, KPIs, and department targets, working closely with the Director of Property Management to achieve strategic objectives.
- Monitor income management and pricing for maximum returns, analyzing data and making informed decisions to optimize revenue.
- Property Management license required, with a strong understanding of local real estate markets and regulations.
- Strong customer focus and interpersonal communication skills, with the ability to build relationships and resolve conflicts.
- Proven ability to manage short stay property portfolios, with a track record of success and growth.
- High-level proficiency in CRM systems and real estate software, with the ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Ability to develop and secure new business opportunities, with a strong network and a proven track record of success.
- Knowledge of local real estate markets and regulations, with a strong understanding of industry trends and developments.
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities, with the ability to think critically and make informed decisions.
