Job Overview:

As an Identity and Access Management (IAM) specialist, you will play a key role in helping our clients solve their most complex problems and improve their cyber resilience. You will be part of a team that is dedicated to building a secure digital society and protecting the economy and businesses from cybersecurity threats.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead client engagements and provide deep technical and architectural leadership to a team of specialists to deliver innovative and sustainable Digital Identity services and solutions.
- Develop and implement IAM strategies and architectures that address our clients' unique challenges and needs.
- Participate in industry discussions and stay up-to-date with upcoming product roadmaps and IAM trends to ensure our clients receive the best possible advice and support.

Requirements:

- 7+ years of experience in IAM, with a proven track record of providing strategy and architectural services across Customer Identity and Access Management (CIAM) and Access Management.
- Experience leading IAM delivery teams and engaging with senior business and technical stakeholders to design and communicate architectural concepts, drive support and adoption of key decisions, and deliver innovative solutions.
- Familiarity with market-leading products in the CIAM space, ideally holding certifications in at least one vendor solution (e.g., ForgeRock, Okta Auth0).
