This role offers an exciting opportunity for experienced recruiters to work in Perth's booming resources sector.
As a Senior Recruitment Consultant, you will be responsible for partnering with clients across the mining and resources industry to deliver mid-to-senior hires.
With a strong background in technical or engineering markets, you will have the skills and expertise to build and own relationships with clients and candidates.
The role offers a competitive base salary plus uncapped commission, as well as a range of benefits including flexibility around office/home balance and travel opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with clients to deliver high-value hires across the mining and resources industry.
- Build and own relationships with clients and candidates to drive repeat business and referrals.
- Work autonomously to achieve results and outcomes, with clear line of sight to leadership roles.
Requirements
- Experience working in technical or engineering markets, preferably in recruitment.
- Commercially minded and able to build credibility quickly with clients and candidates.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
