* Provides prompt and courteous member service
* Maintains current product knowledge of bakery items
* Moves product filled oven racks, un-trays product from baking pans onto packaging, and garnishes baked goods according to item requirements
* Scales finished product and records on weight verification sheets
* Packages and wraps baked goods by hand or wrapping machine according to merchandise manual
* Uses racks or carts to move or stock wrapped product onto tables and pallets
* Responsible to maintain date rotation and merchandising presentation throughout the day
* Assists with other bakery duties as needed
* Follows SSOP guidelines as it refers to proper cleaning and sanitation of all equipment required by this position
* Completes and complies with 11 Commandments of Quality Assurance, Food Safety Certification, and all Safety training required by warehouse and department
