Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Provide prompt and courteous service to our members, answering questions and resolving issues in a professional and friendly manner.
  • Bakery Operations: Maintain a clean and organized work environment, including the bakery area, equipment, and storage areas.
  • Product Preparation: Prepare and package bakery products according to company standards, including weighing, labeling, and merchandising.
  • Inventory Management: Assist with inventory management, including receiving and stocking bakery products, and maintaining accurate records.
  • Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with other team members to achieve sales goals and maintain a positive and productive work environment.
Requirements
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Experience: Previous bakery experience preferred, but not required.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and customer service skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and basic math skills.
Working Conditions

This is a part-time position, requiring flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including mornings, afternoons, and weekends. You must be available to work a minimum of 24 hours per week.
