We are seeking a skilled Leisure and Lifestyle Facilitator to join our team at Bolton Clarke.
The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing therapeutic plans that cater to the individual needs and wants of residents. They will also support residents in engaging with leisure and lifestyle choices and activities, and facilitate staff and volunteers in providing high-quality programs.
About the Role:
- Develop and implement therapeutic plans that meet individual resident needs.
- Support residents in participating in leisure and lifestyle activities.
- Facilitate staff and volunteers in providing quality programs.
Requirements:
- Experience working with dementia in aged care.
- Certificate III in Individual Support or equivalent qualification.
- Able to provide exceptional customer service.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
