Job Opportunity:

We are seeking a highly skilled Process Excellence Specialist to lead the standardization and enhancement of procurement to pay processes across business units and ERP systems.

This role is pivotal in driving compliance, visibility, and efficiency across procurement and accounts payable functions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Standardize and implement P2P processes across ERPs and sites.
  • Maintain a governed, version-controlled central process repository.
  • Align frameworks with global process owners and governance standards.
  • Enhance reporting capabilities and actionable insights.
  • Lead training and change management to embed new processes and support continuous improvement.

You are a proactive and analytical professional with a passion for process excellence. You thrive in cross-functional environments and are confident engaging with stakeholders across all levels.

Requirements:

  • Extensive experience in P2P processes, ideally within FMCG, with strong process design and governance expertise.
  • Working knowledge of SAP/M3 and process mapping tools like Visio.
  • Skilled in automation and digital transformation.
  • Strong analytical and project management capabilities.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
