We're seeking a Process Excellence Specialist to drive operational improvements and standardisation of Procure to Pay processes across our business units and ERP systems.

About the Role

This pivotal role is responsible for enhancing compliance, visibility, and efficiency across Procurement and Accounts Payable functions and sites. Key responsibilities include:

  • Standardising and implementing P2P processes across ERPs and sites
  • Maintaining a governed, version-controlled central process repository
  • Aligning frameworks with global process owners and governance standards
  • Enhancing reporting capabilities and actionable insights
  • Leading training and change management to embed new processes and support continuous improvement
About You

You'll thrive in this role if you're a proactive and analytical professional with a passion for process excellence. You should be comfortable engaging with stakeholders across all levels and have extensive P2P experience, ideally within FMCG, with strong process design and governance expertise.

Additional requirements include working knowledge of SAP/M3 and process mapping tools like Visio, as well as skills in automation and digital transformation (e.g., UiPath).
