Site Manager Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Site Manager to join our team in Brisbane. As a Site Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the construction of commercial projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated and experienced Site Manager to join a reputable QLD builder with a strong team culture. You will be working on a diverse range of projects, including residential apartments, industrial, retail, health, community, and more.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee the construction of commercial projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
  • Manage and coordinate the work of site staff, including laborers, tradespeople, and contractors.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations, quality standards, and company policies.
  • Develop and implement project plans, schedules, and budgets.
  • Monitor and report on project progress, identifying and mitigating any risks or issues.
Requirements
  • Tertiary qualifications in Construction Management & Economics, Quantity Surveying or equivalent.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills with various stakeholders.
  • Local experience and relationships with consultants and subcontractors.
  • Ideal 10 years industry experience running your own projects between $10m - $50m+.
  • Strong tenure with previous employers.
