Job Title: Site Manager

At Brunel, we are partnering with a national builder to deliver high-quality construction projects across Australia. We are seeking an experienced Site Manager to lead our industrial builds valued from $20M - $50M+ in Brisbane and surrounding areas.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and mentor the site team and trade partners to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Strategically plan and manage the program to meet key performance objectives.
  • Liaise with clients and stakeholders to maintain high service quality.
  • Mitigate risks with a solution-based approach.
  • Report on health and safety, quality, cost control, and budget.
  • Meet key performance objectives of the project.
  • Ensure construction methodology and adherence to policies, procedures, relevant codes, and acts.
  • Manage sub-contractors and coach and mentor the team to deliver high-quality outcomes.
  • Attend and lead site meetings and toolbox meetings.
Requirements:
  • Proven project delivery experience as a Site Manager on commercial construction projects valued $20m+ working for a main contractor.
  • Experience working within the Australian construction industry.
  • 4+ years of experience working in a site management role.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work as part of a team and independently.
