Job Opportunity

This is a high-level role for an experienced professional in commercial property procurement. The primary responsibilities include sourcing, negotiating, and managing small tenancy commercial properties for existing and future offices.

The Position

You will be reporting to the Chief Financial Officer (CFO), and your key tasks will involve developing and managing budgets and programmes, ensuring all contract and legislation requirements are met.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and manage budgets and programmes
  • Ensure compliance with contract and legislation regulations
  • Represent the company at meetings when necessary
  • Project manage fit-outs, relocations, upgrades, and refurbishments
  • Ensure lease terms are adhered to
  • Establish and implement effective procurement processes
  • Support and undertake procurement training and development programmes
  • Maintain accurate records of contracts

Requirements

  • At least 5 years' experience in commercial property management and/or procurement, preferably with exposure to both
  • Experience with small tenancy commercial negotiation and leasing is advantageous
  • Confidence in using cloud-based property management software is required
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a team and establish relationships with industry contacts
  • Relevant tertiary qualifications
