Role Overview
This exciting opportunity is for an exceptional onsite IT professional to join our Sydney team and work with a high-profile client based in the CBD. As an onsite specialist, you will be responsible for providing technical support on a large customer's premises, ensuring seamless operation of their IT infrastructure.
Key Responsibilities:
- Providing onsite technical support, including server, desktop, and application maintenance within a Microsoft AD, AAD, and Exchange environment.
- Delivering Azure, Hyper-V, and Citrix-based cloud infrastructure support.
- Performing Level 1-3 support across various technologies, including servers, desktops, and applications.
- Participating in project teams to deploy solutions for the client.
- Collaborating with experienced solutions experts to maintain best practice environments.
Requirements
- Advanced understanding of end-user support and Active Directory.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to speak fluent human language.
- Good general knowledge of Windows Server and Exchange.
- Technical infrastructure experience from desktop to firewall, including LAN & WAN networking principles.
- Experience working with an IT outsourcer or managed service provider (MSP).
- Familiarity with ticketing systems and customer service principles.
- Desirable: Experience with Connectwise, Labtech, and/or Solarwinds Orion.
Salary and Benefits
The estimated salary for this role is $95,000, along with additional benefits, including free access to Uprise, hybrid working arrangements, and opportunities for personal and professional development.
