About Our Opportunity

We are seeking an exceptional Assistant Manager to lead and manage engagements of high-profile clients and all aspects of audit delivery, client service, and business development. As a key member of our Chinese Business Practice, you will be responsible for executing advisory related engagements, providing inspirational leadership to grow and develop our talent, and forming strong relationships with prestigious audit clients.

The successful candidate will have a proven track record of high performance and success, with at least 3 years of experience in audit or a related field. They will also possess strong IFRS skills, exceptional problem-solving and analytical skills, highly developed written and verbal communication skills, and demonstrated team leadership abilities.

Your Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage engagements of high-profile clients and all aspects of audit delivery, client service, and business development.
  • Execute advisory related engagements and provide guidance to junior team members.
  • Provide inspirational leadership to grow and develop our talent, including coaching and mentoring junior staff.
  • Form strong relationships with prestigious audit clients and play a key role in the delivery of quality assurance and reporting.

We offer a competitive salary range of $120,000 - $180,000 per annum, depending on your level of experience and qualifications. In addition, you will receive a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement savings plan, and paid time off.
