**Job Summary**

We are seeking a driven candidate with recent experience in commercial property management to join our growing Real Estate Management Services team. As a key player, you will oversee a diverse portfolio of North Shore assets, including commercial offices, industrial spaces, and retail properties.

**Key Responsibilities**

As a Property Manager, you will be responsible for:

  • Handling daily tenant matters, addressing requests, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Maintaining organized lease administration, financial procedures, and reporting to ensure compliance and accuracy.
  • Managing rent collection, reconciliation, and arrears practices to minimize losses and maximize revenue.
  • Preparing operating and capital budgets, involving stakeholders and ensuring alignment with business objectives.
  • Overseeing audits, negotiating leases, and liaising with solicitors for lease documentation to ensure seamless transactions.

**Requirements**

The successful candidate will have:

  • Experience within property management, ideally in commercial real estate.
  • A Real Estate Licence.
  • Exposure to financial management, budgeting, forecasting, and variance commentary.
  • Strong organizational skills and prioritization abilities to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
  • High attention to detail to ensure accuracy and compliance.
  • Intermediate Microsoft Office skills to effectively manage data and reports.
