The Opportunity

As part of our close-knit team, the Warehouse/Counter Sales Operator focuses on delivering high standards in warehousing and service to all customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform warehouse operations, including picking orders, inventory counts, and general housekeeping.
  • Loading and unloading customer vehicles.
  • Prioritize safety and ensure customer satisfaction in all interactions.
  • Upsell and cross-sell products by understanding customers' needs and offering suitable solutions.
  • Process orders, invoices, payments, and stock control efficiently.
  • Maintain high standards of displays and merchandising in our store.
  • Develop a willingness to learn and adopt a positive attitude.
  • Provide friendly, engaging, confident, and resilient service.
  • Display flexibility and enthusiasm for challenges.
  • Enjoy working in a tight-knit team environment.
  • Be physically fit, comfortable with lifting up to 25kg.
  • Hold a valid forklift license or be willing to obtain one.
