Customer Engagement Specialist

About the Role:

  • Manage inbound customer leads and facilitate effective communication with our sales team.
  • Assist customers with sales enquiries, providing product information and ensuring a seamless shopping experience.
  • Liaise with the sales team and dealer network daily to address customer queries and concerns.
  • Process sales orders, invoices, quotes, purchase orders, and stock transfers efficiently.
  • Contribute to merchandising efforts at our trade centre showroom by maintaining attractive displays and promoting products effectively.

Key Requirements:

  • At least 1 year of experience in an internal sales or sales position.
  • Previous experience working with trades or building materials is highly desirable.
  • Proficiency in computer systems and familiarity with CRM software.
  • A self-motivated individual with strong work ethic and excellent organisational skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills to engage effectively with customers and colleagues.
  • A well-presented and outgoing personality to provide excellent customer service.
