Job Title: Material Handling Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Material Handling Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient movement of materials throughout our facility.

About the Role:

The Material Handling Specialist will be responsible for operating a forklift to transport goods and materials around the warehouse, as well as performing other material handling tasks such as palletizing and inventory management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operate a forklift safely and efficiently to transport goods and materials around the warehouse
  • Palletize and store goods in a safe and organized manner
  • Conduct regular inventory checks to ensure accuracy and completeness
  • Perform other material handling tasks as required

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A valid forklift ticket (essential)
  • Experience operating a forklift and working in a fast-paced warehouse environment
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team

Schedule:

This is a full-time position with a regular 8-hour shift, Monday to Friday, with occasional overtime as required.
