Support Worker Position

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated individual to provide personalized care and assistance to seniors in the comfort of their own homes.

The role will involve delivering one-on-one support with clients in their homes through various tasks such as personal care, general house cleaning duties, meal preparation, and transporting them to appointments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Providing personalized care and assistance to seniors in their homes
  • Delivering one-on-one support with clients through various tasks
  • Transporting clients to appointments and engaging them in community-based recreational and social activities
  • Preparing meals and assisting with general house cleaning duties

Requirements:

  • A National Police check issued within the last 12 months
  • A Yellow Card/NDIS Worker Screening Check (purpose of employment Disability Care Staff)
  • A current First Aid/CPR Certificate
  • A current Australian driver's licence
  • A reliable, registered motor vehicle with comprehensive insurance
  • A Full COVID-19 Vaccination Certificate

Benefits:

  • Casual Remuneration: $43.05 per hour (includes travel) + 11.5% super + access to salary sacrifice benefits
  • Part Time Remuneration: $35.24 per hour (includes travel) + 11.5% super + access to salary sacrifice benefits Minimum 25hrs per week
