Media Coordinator Role Overview

This entry-level position offers a stimulating opportunity to join our in-house media agency. You'll receive comprehensive training to support daily operations, including media booking, implementation, reporting, and finance reconciliation.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Setting up and monitoring media campaigns, reporting, assisting with owned marketing tasks, and processing media invoices.
  • Assisting with campaign bookings, setup, and tracking across all media channels.
  • Booking and managing print, digital, and contra media placements.
  • Coordinating creative materials and ensuring deadlines are met.
  • Managing the full media finance process - loading and matching invoices in Spectra, validating them against media plans and insertion orders, generating and reconciling purchase orders, and submitting invoices in Concur.
  • Producing monthly financial reports to support the finance team's end-of-month processes.
  • Maintaining accurate records in internal systems for both media and finance.
  • Building strong relationships with internal teams, external partners, and media vendors.
  • Contributing to team development and growing expertise in media and marketing.
