We are seeking a customer-focused team member to join our dynamic retail environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service experiences
- BUILD and maintain positive relationships with customers
- Maintain store visual merchandising standards, making suggestions for improvement
- Ensure accurate stock management, including receiving stock, replenishment, tidying and cleaning
- Stay up-to-date with wine, spirits and craft beer trends, knowledge and developments
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of customer-facing experience
- RSA competency card or ability to obtain
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends and public holidays
- Detailed-oriented and motivated individual who takes pride in their work
- Able to physically move stock
- Previous retail or similar experience an advantage
