**Job Summary:** We are seeking an experienced team supervisor to oversee a team of 2-3 gardening staff and manage vehicle, trailer and equipment maintenance.

The ideal candidate will lead a team in delivering excellent property care services to residential, body corporate and commercial properties in Brisbane. Key responsibilities include lawn mowing, weeding, pruning and general garden maintenance tasks.

To succeed in this role, you must be reliable, hardworking and a strong team player with exceptional leadership skills. You will need to liaise with clients as required and demonstrate effective management in a hands-on environment.

We operate multiple teams and are expanding our business. The right individual will be rewarded with a competitive salary package negotiable on experience.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Lead a team of gardening staff
  • Manage vehicle, trailer and equipment maintenance
  • Maintain high standards of property care
  • Liaise with clients as required

**Requirements:** Experience as a gardener or in a similar role, strong leadership skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment. A competitive salary package will be negotiated based on experience.
