Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate individual to fill the role of Assistant Retail Store Manager.

About the Role

This position is responsible for supporting the Store Manager in driving sales, achieving key performance indicators (KPIs), and providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist the Store Manager in achieving sales goals and delivering an epic customer experience.
  • Coach team members to be their best selves, offering guidance and feedback.
  • Contribute to day-to-day operations, including stock management and maintaining a fresh store environment.
  • Collaborate with the Store Manager to create a positive and inclusive work environment for all team members.
  • Support visual merchandising efforts to ensure the store always looks its best.
Requirements:
  • Previous experience in retail, with leadership or supervisory experience preferred.
  • A genuine passion for streetwear and delivering top-notch customer service.
  • A proactive attitude to drive sales and team performance.
  • Strong organisational skills and the ability to juggle multiple tasks effectively.
  • Experience with visual merchandising is highly valued.
