We are seeking highly motivated individuals to take up the role of Entry-Level Field Service Technician in Melbourne. This position offers a unique opportunity to develop technical skills and provide exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Technical on-site support for clients across VIC
  • Maintaining and updating customers' issues in a call tracking database
  • Working collaboratively with senior technicians to deliver services to clients on site
  • Installing, providing training, regular maintenance, and repairing of printers at customers' production sites
  • Troubleshooting software, hardware, and configuration issues
Requirements:
  • A graduate degree in Mechanical or Electrical engineering
  • A valid driver's license and access to a vehicle

This is a full-time role that requires strong work ethic, excellent communication skills, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
