Job Overview

This highly regarded Senior Account Director role is an opportunity to excel in a fast-paced agency environment.

Reporting to the Managing Partner and General Manager, you will provide outstanding client management services to entertainment clients.

The role requires campaign strategy and planning, campaign execution, and reporting to ensure ticket sales targets are met.

Key Responsibilities
  • Establish strong relationships with clients and ensure marketing campaigns achieve ticket sales objectives.
  • Fulfill full-service marketing deliverables, including strategy development, extensive campaign planning, creative briefing, and digital integration.
  • Manage budgets and ensure they are well maintained.
  • Oversee event/project brands across all marketing executions and take on a 'brand custodian' role to ensure brand guidelines are clearly communicated and followed.
  • Integrate campaign timing, content, and brand with various teams, as well as social media teams.
  • Maintain strong relationships with third-party suppliers, ticket agents, and theatre/venue representatives to ensure campaign requirements are delivered.

Requirements:

  • Highly skilled Senior Account Director in a fast-paced agency.
  • Client-focused with excellent presentation skills.
  • Ability to deliver key tasks within tight timeframes.
  • Pro-active and results-oriented with outstanding problem-solving skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Interest in the entertainment industry is desirable.

Desired Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or related field.
  • Minimum 8+ years' experience as a Senior Account Manager in a fast-paced entertainment agency, producer, or associated organization, with a proven track record of successful client management.
  • Ability to work collaboratively to deliver full-service campaigns.
  • Financial acumen essential for managing budgets.
  • Understanding of the Media/Advertising landscape is highly desirable.
