Key Responsibilities:
  1. Develop and implement effective strategies to drive sales growth and improve customer satisfaction.
  2. Lead and manage a team of deli staff, providing guidance and support to ensure excellent customer service and product knowledge.
  3. Manage inventory and ordering processes to minimize waste and optimize stock levels.
  4. Monitor and control costs, ensuring profitability and efficiency within the deli department.
  5. Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations and excellent customer experience.
  6. Develop and implement merchandising strategies to drive sales and improve visual appeal.
  7. Coach and train staff to improve performance and achieve sales targets.
  8. Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, including work health and safety standards.
Requirements:
  1. Proven experience in a deli management role, with a strong understanding of fresh food retail operations.
  2. Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
  3. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
  4. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a high level of flexibility and adaptability.
  5. Passion for delivering exceptional customer service and driving sales growth.
