Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Service Deli Assistant to join our team at Costco Bundamba. As a key member of our deli team, you will be responsible for preparing, cooking, and packaging rotisserie chickens and other rotisserie items to meet the high standards of our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare and cook rotisserie chickens and other rotisserie items to meet quality and safety standards.
  • Stock and rotate boxes of chickens and other items in the cooler and prep area.
  • Follow Costco formulas and diagrams to prepare merchandise and ensure consistency and quality standards are met.
  • Clean and sanitize the deli area, equipment, and utensils to maintain a clean and safe environment.
  • Assist other areas of the warehouse as needed and provide excellent customer service to members, employees, and suppliers.
Requirements
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet production demands.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow safety procedures and standards.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods.
