Offender Program Delivery Specialist

The Manager Offender Intervention will provide strategic oversight and contemporary leadership to promote a culture of continuous improvement across program delivery locations.
Key responsibilities include:
- Providing high level advice to the Agency regarding offender programs.
- Leading, motivating and encouraging staff in the performance of their duties.
- Appraising staff performance and providing feedback on a regular basis.
- Maintaining professional knowledge and developing innovative programs and services.
- Managing practice support and training to relevant custodial and Community Corrections staff.
Required Skills and Qualifications
A degree in psychology, social work or a related discipline is highly regarded. Post graduate qualifications in a relevant area will also be highly regarded.
