Offending Program Specialist

As an Offending Program Specialist, you will be responsible for planning and delivering facilitator training in accredited Agency intensive offending programs. You will provide clinical advice and oversight to senior staff responsible for intensive program delivery, including sexual, violence and general offending programs.
Key responsibilities include:

  • Providing targeted clinical supervision for delivery sites of intensive offending programs.
  • Maintaining timely, accurate and up-to-date records of advice and supervision provided.
  • Monitoring and reviewing quality of program delivery, and working with sites to address any issues impacting program effectiveness.
  • Coordinating state-wide allocation processes for intensive programs.
  • Coordinating reporting processes to ensure delivery targets are measured and regularly reported.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess a degree in psychology, education, social work or a related discipline. Postgraduate qualifications in a relevant field would be highly regarded.
