Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced and skilled Head of Processing Operations to oversee our entire manufacturing process. This is a key leadership role that requires strong leadership skills, strategic thinking, and a deep understanding of manufacturing operations.
This individual will be responsible for leading cross-functional teams, developing and implementing process improvements, and ensuring the highest level of quality and efficiency.
A bachelor's degree in a related field, such as engineering or business administration
At least 5 years of experience in a leadership role, preferably in manufacturing
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
