Warehouse Safety and Security Specialist

Job Summary:
">We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Warehouse Safety and Security Specialist to join our team at Costco Wholesale.
">About the Role:
">This is a critical role that involves monitoring safety and security concerns throughout the warehouse and perimeter. The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to work independently, and possess a strong attention to detail.
">Key Responsibilities:

- Monitor the warehouse and perimeter for safety and security concerns, identifying and reporting potential threats.">
- Maintain knowledge of company procedures and applicable laws related to loss prevention duties, attending meetings and seminars as necessary.">
- Investigate internal and external theft threats, preparing reports for internal use and potential prosecution.">
- Detect and detain shoplifters when warranted, maintaining evidence and report files collected from investigations.">
- Testify in court concerning theft investigations, communicating with other area Costco Loss Prevention Clerks and Security personnel to exchange information about current and local theft threats.">
- Provide prompt and courteous service to members, employees, and vendors, assisting in other departments of the warehouse as needed.">
Requirements:
