Seeking an experienced and passionate chef to join our team as a corporate catering executive. This is a fantastic opportunity for a seasoned professional to take their culinary skills to the next level in a fast-paced, corporate environment.

This role involves working closely with our head chef to support daily kitchen operations, delivering fine dining experiences for corporate clients. You will be responsible for supporting the planning and execution of menus featuring local, seasonal, and plant-forward ingredients.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Support daily kitchen operations, focusing on quality, consistency, and innovation.
  • Assist with menu planning and preparation, incorporating local and seasonal ingredients.
  • Mentor and motivate kitchen staff to achieve exceptional results.
  • Develop and maintain knowledge of food safety, hygiene, and stock management procedures.
  • Communicate effectively with colleagues and clients, ensuring a high-quality service delivery.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • At least 10 years' experience in a professional kitchen, preferably in corporate or fine dining settings.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and guide team members.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Knowledge of digital systems for ordering and rostering.
