As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in determining the suitability of items for sale. Your exceptional organisational skills and attention to detail will ensure that items are presented in an attractive and appealing way.

The quality control process is a crucial part of our operation, and your contributions will be instrumental in maintaining high standards.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Organising: Ensuring items are ready for display by steaming and hanging clothes, cleaning homewares, shoes and bags, packaging up craft, bedding and electrical items, and sorting jewellery, books and videos.
  • Team Work: Collaborating with colleagues to bring saleable items out to the shop floor and assisting customers with their donations.

Qualifications and skills (desired/required):

A background in retail or customer service would be beneficial, but we also welcome individuals who are eager to learn and develop new skills through on-the-job training.

To fully participate in our mission, you will need to complete our volunteer induction, training and registration process.
