Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Support Services Professional to join our team at Western Plains Correctional Centre.

About the Role

The Support Services Professional will play a crucial role in providing service and support to prisoners, visitors, and staff, promoting a safe and rehabilitative environment.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Providing exceptional customer service skills, teamwork, integrity, accuracy, compliance, and timeliness.
  • Direct prisoner contact may be required, and flexible hours including weekends and public holidays may be necessary.
  • Ensuring that all aspects of the role are carried out with expertise and professionalism.

Essential Skills and Qualifications

Experience working with relevant legislation, policies, procedures, guidelines, and regulations is essential.

Well-developed computer literacy and knowledge of CV operating systems are advantageous.

Demonstrated expertise in all aspects of the role is critical to success.
