Administration Role

We are seeking skilled professionals to fill the role of Administration Clerk in our Specialist Clinics.

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • Previous customer service experience
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Call centre experience desired

As an Administration Clerk, you will be responsible for:

  • Providing excellent customer service
  • Ensuring consulting rooms are presentable and setup for use
  • Ensuring referrals are current and accurate

The successful candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment, have good judgement, be able to multi-task and adapt to competing demands.

Key Responsibilities

Provide Exceptional Customer Service

Deliver outstanding customer service by actively listening to patients, responding promptly to queries and resolving issues efficiently.

Ensure Consulting Rooms are Presentable

Ensure that consulting rooms are clean, tidy and set up for use, maintaining a high level of presentation at all times.

Verify Referrals

Verify the accuracy of referrals by checking current information and ensuring that all necessary documentation is complete.
