Bayer Radiology is looking for a skilled professional to promote their product portfolio of devices, contrast media and Digital and informatics solutions to customers in public and private radiology.

The successful candidate will have the opportunity to grow and maintain the business by undertaking customer relationship management, management of capital sales and contrast media processes in public and private healthcare sectors.

Key responsibilities include developing and presenting new business models and customer-orientated portfolio solutions that enhance efficiency and position Bayer Radiology as a solutions provider; promoting and providing sales and expertise of portfolio-driven distributed products to achieve annual sales budgets; developing and building strong customer relationships at KOL facilities; presenting and representing the company at trade shows, customer events and user group meetings; providing comprehensive and timely market feedback to the company; maintaining use of CRM and digital marketing tools and daily expense reports; complying with all regulatory, compliance, post-market surveillance and operational process guidelines; acting as the face of the organisation to customers; managing complex multi-stakeholder opportunities with long sales cycles; delivering revenue growth through comprehensive account management and key customer management strategies.

To be successful in this role, the ideal candidate will have a degree qualification in a scientific or medical field; proven experience in clinical modality; knowledge of radiology informatics and digital solutions; ability and willingness to travel; high-level presentation skills; demonstrated ability to communicate effectively with, influence and educate a range of clinical stakeholders; high level of motivation and ability to deliver outstanding customer service to a diverse customer base; ability to meet objectives while operating autonomously; demonstrated ability to work within a team environment and focus on contributing to wider organisational outcomes; ability to work flexibly with competing priorities and deadlines and maintain strong internal relationships to support business activities; and hold a full driver's license.
