\- Moderate content to guarantee compliance with client policies and guidelines.

- Review user-generated and editorial content, including text, images, audio, and video.
- Identify areas for improvement and implement solutions to problems.
- Analyze and flag non-compliant content for action in a timely manner.
- Review reported content within agreed turnaround times and quality standards.
- Recognize trends and patterns, and escalate issues outside established policies.
- Utilize market-specific knowledge and insights to enhance user community support.
- Meet daily KPIs and maintain correct process following in Service Operations.
- Maintain confidentiality and meet strict deadlines.
Requirements include excellent written, reading, and spoken communication skills in English and local culture understanding.
\- Understanding of social space trends, influencers, engagement, and cautionary items.
- Good communication skills in English.
- Excellent analytical and research skills.
- Quick learning and complex process understanding.
- Experience with social networking and Internet savvy.

\This is an entry-level contract position in Information Technology, specifically IT Services and Consulting.
